Tata Matka Result Today

Matka is a number-guessing game that started in Mumbai in the 1960s. A result is declared as a three-digit number called a pana, and the single digit (ank) and the two-digit jodi are worked out from it.

What are Single, Jodi and Panel?

Single is the one-digit ank of the open or close pana. Jodi is the two-digit number made from the open ank followed by the close ank. Panel (patti) is the three-digit pana declared at open or at close.

How is the ank worked out?

Add the three digits of the pana and keep only the last digit. For example 128 gives 1+2+8 = 11, so the ank is 1.

Why does 0 count as 10 in a pana?

The digits of a valid pana are in increasing order, and 0 is counted as the highest digit (10). So 190 and 550 are valid panas, while 109 is not.
